The Winton family raises Pinzgauer cattle on two ranches in Luther and Harrah Oklahoma. They have a passion for people, the land, and the livestock for which they are entrusted. Winton House is part of a larger ranching and hospitality operation worked as a labor of love by the Wintons. They opened the 116 Farmstead Market & Table in 2016, an acclaimed farm to table bakery, coffee shop, and restaurant in Luther. 116 Farmstead sells and serves the Winton's beef along with many local family producers' products such as pastured eggs, low pasteurized milk, and honey. They raise all natural prime beef in All Hat Cattle Company, a cow-calf herd of Pinzgauer cattle.
Mr. Winton is a local real estate lawyer, cattleman, and cafe owner, and Mrs. Winton is founder/director of Ushine.org.
